OWH/ Virtual Cardmaking party submission!!!

All weekend long Hero Arts is sponsoring a card drive to collect 500 cards to send to the troops, so here's the first one I made:-) and here is the link to join this great cause,

The cards could be pretty much any theme, Miss you, Congratulations etc.. basically these cards are for the troops to send home to their loved ones who miss them while they are away:-)

So get cracking and join the fun,.. so many challenges to join..

I first created the tag, for this I used Sticky Back Canvas and some Basic Grey paper..

To make the tag:

Paste the pattern paper on the Sticky Back Canvas, (pattern side facing the sticky side) then you lightly score a few marks on the back of the paper and spray with water.. once its a bit soggy you can roll off the paper and at the end you are left with the gorgeous pattern on the Canvas..

So once the tag was dry all I had to do was stamp away!! I did a collage style tag attached it to my prepared card:-)

Stamps used here are:

Antique Engravings , Friend Definition, Starburst Lace and Everyday sayings by Hero arts

And also their Flutterbies Digi Kit..

I also used a Tim Holts stamp ( the tall grass)

Patterned paper was by Basic Grey, the Porcelain Collection.
