With the arrival of new stamps....

Ah new stamps how I love thee:-) Nothing beats the smell of fresh stamps to get the creativity flowing, I managed to get my hands on some gorgeous Hero arts goodies. Most of them from the new catalog, mmmmm:-)

Also sharing some good news while I have your attention, I was one of the lucky winners of the Hero Arts January Challenge.

And I plan to get a few of the new stamps with my prize;-) yay!! So many gorgeous stamps to pick from... But I have finally narrowed it down to a small list of faves. Will share them with you as soon as they arrive!

For now though, here's a few that I purchased:-)

I adore this pretty flower and bees stamp set, been wanting it for quite a while, and I finally have it.. So I was pretty excited to get busy stamping..
I stamped the wood grain on the entire front of the card, the window was cut out and the cloud background was adhered behind it. I doodled along the edges for a better defined look.

Everything else was then stamped, coloured and cut out and finally, adhered to the card front.

Here is a side view that shows the depth that was created using dimensional adhesive..

Supplies:

Hero Arts Wood grain, Clouds background stamps and the Be Happy, All Occasions Messages Clear stamps set.
Brads by Basic Grey
Copics for colouring
Ink in Soft pool and Tea Dye.
