Fun with frames!




This is what i got up to on friday night.. The Prima stamps i ordered from Two Peas arrived and i had to make a card ASAP.

Since i dont have a butterfly punch, I hand cut the little butterflies. The frames were cut from textured black cardstock. Basically you have to take a rectangular piece of cardstock and keep cutting frames of whatever thickness you prefer till you get as many graded frames as you desire.

I stamped the Notary background stamp on some white cardstock and used some light pink chalk ink to add some shading to the right corner. I cut it to fit under one of the black frames, stamped the sentiment and glued the frames in place, and used dimentional foam adhesive to raise up some corners of the frames.

The Kraft card was embossed with clear embossing powder for some added interest.
