Submission for 'Patterned paper in every way' at Two Peas.

Hi,

Just thought i should do a quick post on a submission i made to a patterned paper challenge on Two Peas in a Bucket. Its not a new card ( i made it about two weeks ago) , but since its one of my favourites I thought i should share it with you guys:-)
Its a circle card and i love making them 'cos they are so tiny and fun to make! Its all cut by hand, we were not allowed to use anything but scissors for this challenge. (Not like i own anything fancy anyhow!! he he)
I have been wanting a Circle cutter by Martha Stewart for ages and finally decided to get one after a recommendation i got from a friend from the Two Peas member gallery. So its yet to arrive, and i am eagerly waiting for it.
Let me know what you use to cut circles, I would love to hear from you:-)

  1. You only used scissors? I'm impressed! My circle cutter was from Creative Memories, but I think it's just like the Making Memories. It has a center tube with an arm that swings around it. The blade moves in and out the length of the arm to change the size of your circle. It works with a glass mat. I like it, but I don't use it very often. After seeing your cute circle card, I may have to get out my circle cutter!

  2. Sounds a bit like the Martha Stewart one, with the rotatable blade,i think that also uses a grass mat but i guess i will have to just use my rubber one for now:-)

    Thanks for stopping by!!

  5. I LOVE your circle cards. Just wondering, does it stand by itself? I'm trying to make an oval shaped card that opens on the side, and unless I add a stand, I think it's just going to keep rolling away :( Help?
